Social care First reception

Social Services are open to all citizens. Anyone can make an appointment to be attended to by the teams of professionals (workers, educators and social integrators) who attend according to the person's needs. Its mission is to improve living conditions, reduce inequalities and increase people's autonomy.

To be served, you must make an appointment in advance by calling the Social Welfare number or by sending an email to the department:

Procedures

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a computerized file for processing and to facilitate communication and/or for the specific management of your request. The person responsible for the file is the Reus City Council, which guarantees confidentiality in the treatment of the personal data that is collected, as well as the implementation of the technical and organizational measures that guarantee their security. In addition, the City Council undertakes not to transfer them to third parties without the explicit consent of the user, except when necessary to carry out the requested management or when required by law.
