The Administration recognizes with the qualification of Housing with Official Protection (HPO) those that meet the characteristics and conditions established by the law on the right to housing (Law 18/2007). HPOs are subject to a legal regime and transfer conditions.

There are different types and types of Housing with Official Protection, both for purchase and for rent. The conditions for access are set by the Plan for the right to Housing 2009-2012.

In order to be awarded a home with official protection, it is an essential requirement to be registered in it Register of Housing Applicants with Official Protection of Catalonia.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a computerized file for processing and to facilitate communication and/or for the specific management of your request. The person responsible for the file is the Reus City Council, which guarantees confidentiality in the treatment of the personal data that is collected, as well as the implementation of the technical and organizational measures that guarantee their security. In addition, the City Council undertakes not to transfer them to third parties without the explicit consent of the user, except when necessary to carry out the requested management or when required by law.
