Services Letters

The service letters are documents with which the municipal corporation informs citizens about the services it provides, how it provides them and the quality and efficiency commitments it assumes, while also informing about the measures it takes to evaluate the results of these commitments and how citizens can participate in improving services.

All the letters present a battery of commitments and indicators to evaluate their compliance, and provide for the publication of these compliance indicators on the City Council's Transparency Portal.
