With the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Reus City Council promotes the CONSOLIDA'T program to support the consolidation, strengthening and reinvention of self-employment in Catalonia. This program, 100% subsidized, aimed at already established companies, offers specialized training and advice in the areas identified as needed by the participating company. A personalized advisory service by experts for the improvement of business management, adaptation to the green economy, digital transformation and the application of equality plans. 

CONTENT:

1. Initial diagnosis of the company
2. Individualized tutorials by expert staff.
3. Training route

The training offer is structured through independent seminars, with a practical approach and adapted to the reality of freelance work, on transversal and strategic topics for the company, and they are taught face-to-face to also encourage collaborations and knowledge of the territory's businesses between different business sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Beneficiaries of the project must meet the following requirements: 

1. Individuals who are self-employed or economically dependent (TRADE).
2. Self-employed persons incorporated in a private civil society, a community of goods or a limited company, as long as it does not have more than 4 hired people or has a turnover of less than €500.000 per year.
3. Self-employed persons who have ceased their activity and wish to carry out a new self-employment project and are registered as an unemployed job seeker (DONO) in the Intermediation Service of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia.
4. Collaborative self-employed workers.
5. Have residence and fiscal address in Catalonia.
