Summer 2025. Camp adapted to functional diversity and diverse abilities

The Department of Education and Citizenship of Reus City Council presents the summer camp adapted to functional diversity and different abilities in order to expand the opportunities for summer educational leisure for children schooled in special education centers .

Period: from July 1 to August 8
Enrollment: in shifts of two weeks
Ages: from 3 to 21 years
Hours: 9 a.m. to 13 p.m.

Location: Font del Lleó Special Education Center.

Free service: funded by the Environmental Education Plan

Shifts and places offered

1 throne from July 1 to 11, with a maximum capacity of 25 places.
2nd shift from July 14 to 25, with a maximum capacity of 25 places.
3 Torn from July 28 to August 8, with a maximum capacity of 15 places.

Recipients of the home service
Families that have a close link with the city of Reus, in the double modality:

 a) Families with children and young people registered in Reus, aged between 3 and 21 years old who are enrolled in any special education center, both in Reus and the surrounding area, or are attending an IFE, during the 24-25 school year or have formalized the application for the 25-26 school year

 b) Families with children and young people NOT registered in Reus, between the ages of 3 and 21 who are enrolled in one of the 3 special education centers in Reus (CEE Font del Lleó, Nª Sra del Mar and CEE Alba ) or are taking an IFE in Reus, during the 24-25 school year or have formalized the application for the 25-26 school year.

Registration period and method

• From Monday, May 26th until July 11th or until the number of places offered is exhausted.
• On June 9 at 13 p.m., the offer will be adjusted to the demand in the event that the different shifts have not been sufficiently filled and it is necessary to reduce them to a lower number of places. The right is reserved to cancel the service if demand does not reach 11 registrations per shift.
•  The registration method will be per child and per two-week shift and you can choose one of the three shifts until June 9 at 13 p.m.
• From the 9th of June at 14pm, a second and/or third registration of the child will be possible until the vacant places are exhausted.

To reserve your place, you must attach a photograph of your health card and the completed authorization document at the time of registration.

From June 16, registered families will receive an email from casalsestiu@reus.cat with the date of the meeting where the planned activities schedule will be presented, as well as the team of leaders of the adapted home and families' queries will be attended to. Registration formalized at home will be considered once the requested documentation has been delivered.
