The Strategic City Plan "Reus Horitzó 32" is the proposal of the Government of Reus presented in 2022 to project the city 10 years ahead and facilitate the promotion of long-term city initiatives.

  • City diagnosis: based on data and documents already existing at the City Council and also with the external participation of the city's social and economic agents.
  • Definition of the city in 10 years' view: it involves the creation of various spaces for reflection and participation to gather the views of citizens.
  • Strategy to achieve the defined city, with the realization of objectives and actions.
  • Follow-up to assess compliance.
