Information leaflet Montserrat Vidal-Barraquer photography contest

The Council for Citizen Services and the Elderly announces the fourth edition of the Montserrat Vidal-Barraquer Photography Award, aimed at promoting the reconciliation of personal, family and professional life. A maximum of 3 unpublished photographs per participant can be submitted until December 4th, inclusive.

The subject of the photographic works must be the reconciliation of personal, family and professional life and any interested person from the age of 18 can submit. Any photographic technique is accepted and the works must be delivered printed in foam format (cardboard pen) 40x50 with a black margin of 2 cm. The presentation of the photographs must be made at the Citizens' Service Office (pl. del Mercadal, 1) and the rules of the contest can be consulted at www.reus.cat. There is a first prize of 300 euros and a second prize of 150 euros and the awarding ceremony will take place on December 14 at 19:00 p.m. , 10).

The councilor for Services for Citizens and the Elderly, M. Dolors Sardà, has encouraged the public to participate in this competition, which, as she has recalled, has as its final objective "sensitizing the population of the need to tend to gender equity and to encourage reconciliation measures between professional, family and personal life".
